Improv training is fun and can be an incredible skill for improved communication and teamwork. It lightens the mood, breaks you out of your comfort zone, and teaches you how to think on your feet.
The beauty of Improv is that there is never a right or wrong answer. It's all about working together and having fun.
There is so much opposition and resistance to new ideas in the world. Improv training teaches you to say, "Yes, and!"
With this training you will learn how to give recognition to what other have to say and enhance their ideas with your own thoughts. It's through this partnership that new ideas are born.

Here are just a few of the Improv Games that Marty Jalove would love to share with you and your group. All games can be customized to better connect with your group's needs.
Get ready to laugh and play as you and your team take center-stage in absurd games, skits, and lessons. These lessons will bring you all together as a team and help each person feel more comfortable expressing their individual ideas.
The Onion Tower
Balance teamwork and individual expression
Players get to take turns trying to remove blocks from a giant stack without tumbling the tower. The falling tower acts as a timer to speed up play as your team creates and continues a story based on what is previously said.
A very fun game for teaching listening and thinking skills through forced distraction.
The Potato Connection
How quickly can you think and link?
The first part of this exercise is fast-paced word association while characters, themes, and profiles are assigned. Then we jump into story mode as the entire group explodes into a laughing frenzy.
Participants learn to master free association and how to build upon their team's ideas.
