Every successful business has a mission and vision statement, defining what they do and where they want to go. But oftentimes, companies leave out one crucial aspect: the evolution statement. An evolution statement is the roadmap to achieving your vision statement. It outlines what your company plans to do in order to progress towards its ultimate goals. Without an evolution statement, employees and stakeholders are left in the dark about how to achieve the company vision. Your employees are a crucial aspect of achieving your vision. They need to understand the plan to make it happen. Communicate the evolution statement and plan of action to all employees, making sure to explain why it's important and how it aligns with the company's vision statement.
