• A Coach helps you and your team get you to where HE wants to go.
• A Mentor helps you and your team get you where YOU want to go.
Both are very important for different reasons. It may be just semantics to some, but it is important to establish a clear understanding of each person’s role before you accidentally travel down the wrong path.
