Unlike the fancy-schmancy Surf & Turf offered at highfalutin Eateries, those in quarantine have to mimic this marvelous meal with a hearty helping of whatever is in the Catastrophic Crisis Cupboard.


Sardines on BBQ Pork Rinds are just the trick to add a little class and a little kick to your Confinement Cafe.


Why Country Western you may ask??? Well, I'll answer. Sardines come from the COUNTRY of Sardinia and Pork Rinds originated from the COUNTRY of Mexico. There's the COUNTRY. The WESTERN part comes from the BBQ flavor of these particular Cracklings. BBQ is famous in places like Mississippi, Texas, Kansas City, and Chicago. And these places are all West of places further East.


Please enjoy this Keto-Friendly Concoction as an appetizer or meal.


It's important to find a reason to smile every day. We are currently living in a scary time but that doesn't mean that we have to be constantly scared.
