Charity is a Win-Win. Not only are we helping others but the act of giving benefits us as well. Giving makes us happier. You get the “Helper’s High” from a boost of endorphins and oxytocin when you help others.
Here are some other benefits of Charity…
B – Butterfly Effect. Every little bit can make a difference. And each act of kindness can turn into something contagious, and spreads further than we’ll ever know.
A – Affects the lives of others. Acts of charity give dignity and hope to those less fortunate. It demonstrates the good in people and can turn lives around.
C – Creates a change. Giving to some charities can help create a better society, one that we can be proud to be part of.
O – Often a Tax Benefit. If you are looking for an additional personal benefit. Donations to most charities are tax deductible.
N – Natural thing to do. Since we were babies, we have sought out and asked for help. It is natural to want to give back.
