Why, Buy, Tie: Your mantra, your mission, your map to success!

I was helping a small restaurant with their marketing. They had great food, a great amount of competition, and few customers. I explained to them that they needed more than just tasty treats and a pleasant atmosphere. They needed a reason for customers to try their food, a reason for people to come in, and a reason for them to come back.

I started with asking why they opened the restaurant, why should customers come, “What’s Your Bacon?”

With every answer, I asked, “Why?” again. Digging deeper and deeper, until we found the real passion of the restaurant. The distinguishing element of its existence.

Once discovered, we began building a marketing campaign upon that passion. Upon the WHY! We promoted their BACON!

Customers came in. They enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the food. They ate, they drank, they laughed, and then they left.

The last piece of the plan is often the most important and the most overlooked. How do you get them to stay? How do you get them to come back? And how do you get them to tell others about you?

This is the secret of tying your passion to your customers desires. Making those emotional connections so that they ask for you by name. Creating an atmosphere where no other can take your place.

These three steps take energy and thought. They are difficult to do on your own; you need a guide. Let me help you uncover your #WHY, #BUY, and #Tie and create a raging referral stream just as I’m doing for them.
